Ready Mixed Decorating Slips

Strong coloured slips for decorating earthenware. Can be used with either a transparent or honey glaze.

Best applied to leather hard clay and can be thinned down with water. Great for a number of decorating techniques including sgraffito, slip trailing, marbling and feathering.

You can extend the range of colours by adding coloured stains to the ready mixed white decorating slip.

Shrinkage wet to dry 2 to 4%. Shrinkage dry to fired 5 to 7%. Expansion @ 500 c 0.37%.
